Affordable hotel in perfect location. Walking distance to the center. Helpful and friendly staff. Our room had both fridge and microwave which is great. Good breakfast buffet. We are very pleased with our stay here.

The staff at the Wyndham of Philadelphia do not respect privacy and will argue with the customer even when the staff has been proven wrong. The staff decided to enter my room despite having DO NOT ENTER sign on the door. When I complained they did nothing. They incorrectly billed me. When I showed then the document that made me exempt from the charge they still wanted to argue. My stay there was not a good one.

This hotel is in the perfect location. Within walking distance of the historical sites and great restaurants. Rooms are a great size. Internet worked well. Parking is expensive so factor that into cost. There was hair in my shower and bathroom floor. Check-in staff were not friendly but other staff were very helpful and kind. Would stay here again.

We were given a room with a number of problems -- a sign of poor management. The most serious problem was the failure of the toilet flushing mechanism, and on a day that we were spending in the room. The manager refused to give us another room until that evening, even though rooms were available. The only good thing I can say is that the manager on duty when we checked out, refunded the cost of that day's stay.

Staff was rude and uncooperative. Hotel was nice but I would not go back or recommend to anyone for that reason alone.
