Everything about the stay at this facility was wonderful. Stunning rooms ... excellent, efficient and friendly staff ... great location ... fun activities. Bed and tub ... to die for. SLEPT LIKE A BABY!!! Made for a perfect week in Atlantic City, NJ.

You have to pay for valet parking. No self parfking. 10$ a night. This is ridiculous, i like to self park and go pack to my car. PLUS they except to tip them. This is a mess on a busy day this valet parking. Too bad!

nice place good location friendly staff we had a goodtime would have liked a bigger jet tub but we made due...we brought a couple of our own meals and liquor would stay again off season if on season way to exspensive

To get into resort with a car is a mess if during busy time. There is no parking lot and it's right off the street of s North Carolina so you have to be in right lane and just sit there for a long time waiting for their required valet. We had to drive around twice to make sure to get in right lane to wait for valet. I've never seen such a mess just to get into your hotel. Very inconvenient and frustrating and time consuming but it seemed to calm down after the weekend and was easy during the week. Maybe we came in on a super busy time.
The check in staff was nice and calling for room service was easy and they came fairly fast with the stuff majority of the time but they are stingy. They were rude with me at first because I called for more shampoo and conditioner on the first day. You pay for an expensive hotel room that is supposed to provide toiletries and when I asked for one set per person in my group they said they could only give one per bathroom and that seemed ridiculous. We had a two bedroom and a full house (5 people room sleeps up to 6) and they only wanted to give 2 sets of shampoo and conditioner. Those bottles are so small I use one whole conditioner or two when my hair is long. I had to argue with them for more which was uncalled for and for that I will give one less star. I also asked for more toilet paper and they brought one toilet paper roll for a room of 5 people and two bathrooms -- that was like a joke and when I asked for more they gave me more just odd to only send one unless they like to work a lot. I also wanted more body towels because I'm used to having a two bedroom just hubby and I, I would use one for hair and one for body and they said limit is 6 for whole room and will only exchange. I just was glad I remembered a hair Shammie so I used mine but their body towels are small for a big person but it is provided and clean so didn't complain there.
The rooms are very clean and designed well. Good views and a balcony. Beds are comfortable and shower pressure was good. The only odd thing is guest bathroom is nicer than master and has a closet for toiletries etc and master doesn't. They could add a shower caddy for master shower since there was no where to put anything but a bar of soap.
Toiletries- they provide paraben free citrus shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, body bar, face bar, and mouth wash and they smell really good and feel of good quality!
Beach- it's about a 5 min walk to the boardwalk where there are souvineer shops and restaurants and it's right near steel pier so if you can walk enjoy the beach! The beach is nice, ocean is not clear but that's expected it's not an island
Level 6- there are saunas in individual men's and women's lockers rooms w showers, laundry room, arcade room, computer room with printer, and small pool w a jacuzzi , There is a movie theatre that has specific chosen movies and an open room with a ping pong table and a pool table for the events they have daily with a drink and snacks for sell. The arcade room takes quarters and there is a machine to dispense quarters for you, it helped us entertain our daughter while waiting for out room.
Wifi- was good and nice and allows for up to 4 devices to sign in. I didn't have to keep logging into it so it was a nice wifi setup
Parking- $10 required a day for parking which is not bad just wish there was self parking.
Parking Valet- expect wait on busy weekend unless early, they messed up our luggage leaving and put it in someone else's car which is kinda scary so I'll stick to the one less star on customer service. On top of that they expected a tip for their required valet helpers when we already pay $10 for it. We heard them saying about us that we didn't tip. They didn't know we could hear them.

This place was great! Close to the Boardwalk & the steel pier and of course the beach. You can walk most everywhere, if you don't want to walk there is a bus pick up right in front of the resort.
Skyline was very clean, the beds were comfortable, it was spacious, had all the dishes you would need to do a little cooking. Staff was courteous, they greeted you every time you walked back in the door with a smile & Welcome back. I would highly recommend this place. Valet Parking
