Super friendly welcome with even Nespresso! The rooms are standard but all is available for a decent stay...
Breakfast is an absolute plus...with fresh orange juice and very friendly and goodlooking waiters. Highly recommended.....

We spent 3 nights and chose the hotel based on its location to the stadium and a previous 4 night stay. It is now under new management with higher average nightly costs. We saw some improvements to the decor in the lobby but the rooms are the same. We noticed the vending machine that sold beer has been removed and since there is no bar we brought our own refreshments but the refrigeration is cool but not cold. (same as previous visit) We were offered 3 bottles of water on the first night but they were not replenished afterwards. The safe malfunctioned but we placed a service call with the lobby and the repairman came immediately and resolved the issue. We chose not to breakfast inside the hotel because we wanted an outside experience. Overall, it is a good hotel in a great location and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Its a nice small hotel located near airport.The environment was calming.We stayed for 3 nights ie 3.04.17 and than 11.04.17 to 12.04.17.The staff was v friendly.The breakfast served was good enough.The rent was 92 Euros per night ic breakfast which i think was good for a night.The rooms were neat and clean.
The important point is its location.I loved it...It was so sooothing and calm.No noise of traffic.Excellent

Stayed here for 9 days. It was by far the best price in the area (we paid around £65/per night) so if you're on a budget could be a good option. Good location close to the underground and lots of shops including a very convenient store. Staff is very friendly and useful. You get courtesy water the 1st day (4 small bottles) if you want to rebuy is quite pricey (€2 for big botle) so better go to that corner where would be maybe €0.70. A massive plus is that they offer good exchange rate at the front desk if you want to buy euros. Finally my partner was a big disappointed they had an iron but no iron board and I was a bit annoyed the lady at reception said I had to come down to collect rather than they bringing up...however all and all very good option I would say!

I stayed at the senator castellana with my nephews due to its close proximity to the Santiago Bernabeau as we were in Madrid to watch Real Madrid. We arrived around 9pm on the Friday and the girl at reception was very friendly & ensured we knew where we were going. During our stay all of the staff were extremely friendly & always took time to say hello & this went down well especially with my young nephew. The only disappointment we had during our stay was that the pool is not open until the summer season which was something my nephew was looking forward too.
The hotel itself was nice & clean & quite inviting, it is just off a main street so it's not too difficult to find. If you do have any requests prior to arrival then let them know & they will try to accommodate you.
