Hotel is very near to Chivala beach. Market is 15 minutes away by walk. Excellent place for families. Rooms are very large, & clean. No lift available. If you want to dry your cloths then you can use terrace of the hotel building. Sofa, AC, Hot water, TV, power points for charger is available in all the rooms.
You need to remind staff for your water bottles, towels, soap. Most of the times hotel staff is available in the reception area made for customers.

A good hotel with not so high prices. Located just a few metres away from Chivala beach.
Receptionists Deepak and Vishal were very cordial and helpful.
Malvani Katta is the name of the restaurant in the hotel. Good food. Samir, the chef knows malvani cuisine well.
Rest of the staff and housekeeping were very helpful and polite as well.

We came to this resort not expecting much since it's located in a small village. We were in for a great SURPRISE! This place offers huge and spotlessly clean rooms, squeaky clean bathrooms and clean bed lines (that's a MUST!), good restaurant with yummy food and prompt room service, courteous staff. The hotel is like 2 mins walk from the scenic Chivla beach.

It is a really good place, it is clean. We were In an AC room which cost us 2.5k not that bad for the quality. They have a good staff. The hotel(not the inn, just the hotel) doesn't have the best of ambiances. The breakfast was good too

Malvan basically is a beach, So if you are planning to visit Malvan your Hotel should be beach side or nearest to the beach. So you can go to the beach even by walk in leisure time. And this is possible by booking this Hotel. Its hardly 2 min by walk from beach. And the nearby locality is also lively till late night which is not the case in Tarkarli- twin beach. Rooms are also spacious. Can accommodate 2 extra beds over 1 double bed. Bathroom is also quite neat and clean with 24 hours hot water in tap and shower. They have got good contacts with water sports persons so everything can be planned seating in your room itself. However quality of food and breakfast in buffet is quite average.
