A rather average hotel with a good central location. Nothing to complain about. Room was quite small and dark. But No noise and good wifi. Breakfast was allright. Tasty selection of fruits was a positive surprise though. So a bit above average. But not more than that really.

I came here on a Easy Jet flight + hotel package. Hotel is on direct red metro line from the airport (Saldanha station), only 300m from the metro. Room was spotless, adequate size, lovely bathroom. Efficient air conditioning. Very occasional outside noise (emptying dustbins, for example), but considering the hotel's location there was little traffic noise and no noise from aircraft etc. Hotel is outside the historic city centre, but within easy access to it. (Use daily metro cards at E6.55). Staff all fluent in English and accommodating over things like left luggage. I didn't eat in the Zenit; there are plenty of eating places - of all price levels - close to it. I thought this was an efficient, well managed place for the price range, in a convenient location, and I'd certainly use it again.

Stayed recently and were rather disappointed. Area nice and convenient. Good bathroom but vanity area "mucky" on arrival, rest of room very clean.. Toilet roll holder kept falling off wall, one light bulb not working, wardrobe door very poor. One glass only tucked above drinks fridge in a double room! Gym equipment needing attention. Certainly only a 3 star.

We stayed at the Zenit Lisboa recently and were well satisfied with the hotel.
Location is very convenient for the airport and easy.Simply take the red line on the metro for about 10 stops and walk 200 metres to the hotel.No need to change on the metro and will cost about 1.75 euros.Also easy access to all parts of the city by metro- only 4 lines make it a doddle but beware of pickpockets.Best to get 24 hour ticket for about 6 euros.
Rooms at the hotel are clean and comfortable with safe and minibar and perfectly adequate.Breakfasts are typical continental fayre but ok.
To be honest not much time spent in hotel as only there for 3 nights.Location is in business part of city so choice of restaurants a bit limited.Having said that because of metro links well worth considering as so easy to get to airport on last day.We would return without doubt.

On website, Zenit Lisboa PROMISED a 'comfortable stay' in their 86 rooms. We stayed one night on October 10-11. Many problems and issues. Most serious was the noise made by slamming doors and people having sex in adjoining room at 1am. Rooms are not sound proofed. Hotel allowed prostitutes to enter hotel at 1am. Again, door slammed, sex noise for 20 minutes, quiet and THEN someone left with another door slam. So, these were NOT guests. In addition, we asked for extra pillows- NONE available. TV stand broken and leaning. BED hard as a ROCK. NOT COMFORTABLE as promised. Manager at front desk would not listen to our complaints next morning and simply said we should have called front desk at 1am. I say, where was front desk person when the prostitute came into lobby?
