jacquesm129on 31/07/2015 01:53We stayed there for a bit more than two weeks in July 2015. The apartment is large enough to accommodate a family of three. Well equipped, quiet, we really enjoyed our stay. We were welcomed by a charming and very efficient owner of the complex. Well located near the very central part of the old city of Prato, this apartment would have been quoted excellent if the A/C system had been a bit more efficient. Outside temperature at that periode of the year was very high... Apart of that, no complain at all considering also that Prato (30mn from Firenze by train), is very well located to go and visite a lot of surrounding cities of the fantastic region of Tuscany.

Your home in Prato
olemiss4on 29/08/2013 16:11My wife and I stayed here in July 2013 as part of an international conference she was attending. The large apartment style rooms are wonderful and well appointed. The proprietor is lovely and can point you in the direction of anything you'd like to do in Tuscany. We found Prato to be a charming small city and a great place to make day trips to other parts of this beautiful region from. We will definitely stay here again!
The place to stay when in Tuscany!
blu3mupp3ton 01/06/2013 18:43We stayed here for two months while my wife was studying at Monash in Prato. They were so welcoming and happy to help with any little question or request we had. It was a great combination of staying in a serviced apartment mixed with the perfect hotel.
The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The Old Town in Prato is spectacular and there is more to see than you would think at first! Accademia Residence is located in the perfect position, close to the train (20 mins to Florence) and some of the best restaurants and shopping in the area.
If you are a student studying at Monash, forget the hassle and expense of staying in Florence, this is just perfect and all of my wife's fellow students were very jealous.
After a number of trips to Tuscany in the past, we will certainly be striving to stay here again!
Small hotel but really nice!!

Within two days I I made friendship with all residents :) it's bc we had to smoke together down straits, most of them were students as there was a university a few steps of the hotel!
If you're looking for a good breakfast it's only 10ft away from the hotel on the left side! Also for a great dinner the restaurant is on the next door!
The rooms were fairly good & comfortable!
The price is good!
