Good solid hotel <5 min from Roma Termini

Good solid hotel. Clean, elegant rooms with comfortable beds.Friendly staff and very close termini and metro lines. Termini rail station has many restaurants and stores. Convenient in and out of Rome to airport and then by metro around town. We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was a great value. There is a market in the street just about every morning just outside the hotel. Good shopping opportunities. Refrigerator in room.
Breakfast is consistent with this lower price of hotel. The continental breakfast consisted of breads, pastries, jams and butter, yogurt, juice mix, corn flakes, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. No meat or eggs. If you want a larger breakfast you would have to pay more for the hotel room. It's a question of how you want to spend your money.
Great family run hotel close to Termini station

We stayed here for 4 nights .Its about 3-4 minutes walk from Termini station which is a good base to explore Rome as both Metro lines meet here . Moreover a bus stand is nearby where you can get direct buses to all major attractions.
The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable . We read the reviews about Wi-fi problems , but they seem to have fixed it . Wi-fi was reasonably fast.
Staff was very friendly and helpful . Breakfast was ok . Overall a very nice place to stay.
One suggestion : Please have a bigger signpost or a board . It might be difficult to find the hotel since there are hundreds of other hotels in the area.
Centrally located, friendly hotel

Located at just 5 minutes walking distance from Roma Termini, this family run hotel was indeed value for money.
The breakfast was good even if basic and the staff as well as the owners were helpful at all times.
The room might be a problem for light sleepers as noise of people talking in the adjacent corridor and that of doors being opened and closed was audible.
The WiFi had some problems initially but the problem was looked into and solved by the staff.
The shower is really small!
That said, the location and friendly staff certainly give it an edge over the other fancy and over priced hotels which lack personal touch.
There are also quite a few eateries (Italian, Turkish, Indian) in the same lane which are easy on the pocket and also offer takeaway.
Would certainly opt for this hotel the next time we are in Rome!
Perfect if you want to be near Termini

We stayed here on our "arrival day" because we wanted to be close to Termini to get back to the airport and pick up a rental car the next morning. This is a very nice place. Clean, friendly, safe and reasonably priced. I would certainly recommend it. It's also close to many attractions and restaurants. Pay the few extra euros for the continental breakfast if you want something light and fast but tasty. It's much cheaper than grabbing something at a cafe.

Good location, close to train station, restaurants, hop on hop off bus, clean, staff (owners) friendly and helpful. The only complaint is the wifi worked sporadically.Good value for a 2-3 star hotel in expensive Rome. Dis not have any TV channels in English.
