- Bad food
- Poorly managed
- Quality of rooms are pathetic
- Compared to other hotels it looks not so good from outside
- Pool area not so good either - poorly managed
- ACs don't work properly. Not to mention there is no central AC

Pathetic experience specially with Indian meal
umeshchandelon 15/08/2017 13:16Recently i have visited jaisalmer and stay at rang mahal , property is awesome but food is below is average all days, 1st days i thought it is my bad luck but when i feel same experience 2d day than also than i very dis-opinionated with that. also i want to share one more thing after checking i found bathroom not having running water after complain they fix it as a customer my expectation is hotel have to check all basics before room allotment.

166Serenaon 04/08/2017 07:28The hotel is an oasis of peace, with its silence and its delightful garden which takes you back in time. The rooms are very comfortable and perfectly clean, the restaurant is excellent, the staff is the best we have met in India and then there is the owner, who is simply a wonderful person: we’d just had a car crash and were quite shocked, and he took care of us with deep understanding and humanity. We couldn’t add more to the preceeding positive reviews except say that sometimes you feel at home when you most need it, and this hotel and its owner were the case. Amazing property
Devendra Gon 02/06/2017 21:26We visited jaisalmer in the month of december. A beautiful property made of sandstone and excellent service. Feels like you are staying in a palace. In fact this is better than most of the heritage properties in rajasthan. Don't even think twice if you are planning to visit jaisalmer.
Winters best time to visit Jaisalmer.
pushpkapur25on 20/05/2017 08:41Nice place to stay with family. Nice rooms. Location very convenient to find. Though the stay was short but nice......enjoyed the comforts of Rang Mahal. Breakfast buffet needs slight improvement. A buffet should be introduced at dinner time too. We had Indian food which was good. The ambience is typical Rajasthani very apt..... padharo mahre des......😀
