Go for it only if u r getting a good deal
damodarbon 26/03/2016 16:33It's an average hotel located slightly in the interior with no gr8 views. Rooms are OK but service is pretty average. Go for it only if you are getting a good deal. Not worth paying more than 2000 per day.
Good hotel at budget price
prinshulon 09/01/2016 14:41After reading some of the reviews for this Hotel, I almost decided to cancel my booking but I didn't and it turned out to be right decision. Hotel is well connected and close to main attraction of Saputara i.e. Lake. Rooms were clean. I think this hotel is good option if you dont want to cut down on hotel expenses. Complementary breakfast was pretty average but fine.
Simply Avoid
Bijoy Mon 01/09/2015 07:08My friend had booked this hotel through a travel agent. We were 6 of us staying in 3 rooms. The hotel has a decadent let down feeling the minute you enter in. The sofa is stained and the interior is dank.
The rooms are bad too. The quality of linen is terrible. There was fungus on the pillow covers, hair on the pillows and bed and blood stains on the bedsheets!! The white towels were grey!!!
There is no hot water on demand, (only in the morning) no tea on demand , ( the milk comes after 7.30 am) the breakfast is bad ( poha with watered tea)
To top it off.. We paid 3500 for this room.
Simply avoid if you can.
Clean, Low budget, excellent view.
arkadeep_son 08/01/2015 16:10Went to Saputara on the 31st of December. Apart from the awesome hospitality they provided, the hotel had also arranged for a New Year party on the hotel terrace, and free breakfast the next morning. While I would not call this a five star facility, their accommodation was good enough. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The only grievance that I have is the lack of water heating facility in individual rooms. Hot water is available only for a few hours in the morning; and because Saputara is a hill station, it is perpetually cold. So you understand the difficulty in not having constant hot water supply. Electricity seemed to be a problem and I did encounter power cuts and voltage fluctuations (Though power is restored within minutes thanks to back up power available at the hotel). The hotel also provides a panoramic view of the entire hills and valleys around the hill station, thanks to an open terrace on the 2nd floor. All in all it was a great experience.
