Elegant Nice Hotel to Stay

Food was good and tasty.
Spacious rooms with great views. However, furniture occupies much space.
However, hot water was not available during our visit. Management was not quick about it.
Sula Sula Vineyards is 15km away.

Cockroaches in the room, AC stops working in between, cockroaches in food, limited staff with no English speaking staff. Their CEO who met me last time and other managers have left. Hotel location is good, lobby is big but dirty swimming pool, no hotel cabs, dirty linen, limited amenities....it should call be an average hotel not any star category product....really disappointed.

Not a good experience

This was one of the bad experiences that i have had with a hotel in some time. The room wasn't great, the customer service was bad. I remember asking the housekeeping person (there's one who takes care of everything) when i checked in about a few things. He mentioned that he would immediately get it for me and he never got back. He didn't acknowledge the next day either.

Wifi was not there as well. The breakfast next day though was reasonable.

All in all, nothing to write home about. My suggestion would be avoid this unless you are not getting anything else.

Extremely poor experience

I have visited Nashik couple of times & chose to stay in The Meuse Jupiter this time! So the decision was a mistake. It is an over hyped property & all the good reviews are of past for sure. The room allotted to me was in poor condition, the mattress was harsh & hard, the linens dirty, the washroom poorly equipped & the TV not working. Added to this was the hotel's service, it took them 30 minutes to send mineral water & another 30 minutes to give comfortable pillows. The quality of dinner was average. The issue with this property is that there is a severe crunch of manpower. And, the example to this was their buffet breakfast. Ok, so buffet breakfast was pathetic. Guests were struggling to find plates, spoons or even bowls. I was lucky to get one. The breakfast items were not healthy & were served badly. The swimming pool is unhygienic & kids were roaming disappointed around it. The wifi was out of service. So, even after thinking for couple of minutes, I can not come out with a positive part of it. I recommend all the visitors to explore many better options available in Nashik, if you have to stay here, insist on a 1st floor or ground floor room & avoid the 2nd floor [guess that's the top floor].

Food was actually a let down. Spacious. Descent for housing a wedding or function. Was attending a friends function. Ambience good. Rooms were pretty descent. Well.maintained . Linen well maintained. Bathroom ok. No bad for staying over
