Disappointing
ajsterlion 25/08/2017 22:24Worst bed I've ever slept in. Room wasn't clean. Pool was small and unpleasant. Breakfast was below average. I believe they gave the impression it was a sit down breakfast and not a buffet with few items. Didn't even have a waffle maker. They sold Starbucks at the bar but gave a different coffee at breakfast.
Pictures on website were very misleading.
Awesome staff and amenities
Susan Son 25/08/2017 01:48I was in town for business and if I was to ever come back to the area I would definitely stay at this hotel. Staff was friendly the hotel was clean breakfast was delicious. I love to be able to get my favorite Starbucks right in the lobby.
Clean and adequate
Laura Bon 24/08/2017 21:02We stayed at this hotel to save our points because we had not stayed at a Hyatt property in two years although we have made two 30 day road trips in six months so we are pretty familiar with hotels. This Hyatt Place was identical to the one we stayed in two years ago and I forgot how terribly SMALL the bathroom is. The set up with the vanity out in the hallway is helpful but the bathroom door clears the toilet by 1/4inch! I'm not exaggerating. The tub and shower feels very claustrophobic even with the door open. The towels are extremely thin and small. We had the king bed set up with the large couches set up in the extra room where small children could sleep or one teen. The fridge area and desk had plenty of space. The plugs and outlets for electronics were nice. The carpet was wet by the window air conditioner when we checked in shortly after 3:00. We had an appointment at 6:00 so we were hanging around the room and the longer we stayed the larger the damp floor got. We called the desk and they promptly sent up the maintenance man who determined the drip pan was clogged and he unclogged it and got us some towels for the floor. We arrived back to our room at 10:00 and the room was VERY warm and smelled like wet carpet. I was able to get the air conditioner to work so it cooled down and we no longer smelled the carpet. I told the desk about it again the next morning so that another poor guest wouldn't have to have the wet floor. The breakfast was fine. There were tons of advertising about the freshness of the products used. I didn't think the breakfast was anything different than most hotel breakfasts that are included. No better or worse. Just like a Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express. I certainly won't seek out a Hyatt Place again but will look for their more upscale properties to maintain my points.
Clean and pleasant
jessicaclymeron 23/08/2017 17:30The rooms are clean and seem newly updated. It is positioned right across from a mall with many places to eat all around there. Right off the freeway so easy to get to. All the people working there were very nice and helpful.

R3600GOjenniferkon 21/08/2017 04:45We stayed for two nights to visit COSI and the Columbus Zoo. The kids loved the pool. We all enjoyed the breakfast both mornings. The bathroom area is a little small but didn't cause us any trouble. We definitely recommend this hotel!
