Horrible experience Theft occur inside hotel room no security
sidd82_13on 04/08/2017 13:48Hello Everyone.. I'm Siddhartha... On 02.08.17 I went to Nashik for some official work and check into Hotel ''Lily sarovar portico'' hotel.. It's a very well reputed and huge hotel.. I was allotted Room no 212. At the night of 02.08.17 when I was sleeping, a thief came into room and stole my bag which has laptop,wallet,gold ring,his chain, debit &credit cards,mobile.. In the morning I wake up he saw these are missing when I went to help desk they saw cctv footage and saw that thief came into the room through balcony n stole all these.... when I told about this to hotel management they told him its not their responsibility.. I have immediately done police complaint and lodge FIR at Indiaranagar Police station.Taking care of customer and their things is not the responsibility of hotel while they are sleeping also.. so why they charging so high..??should they are charging for their poor security system, in which any one can come from balcony stole things and even murder anyone in future..this hotel is charging more than 3k per night and this happened? I Have Police FIR. NO support from hotel received. They simply shake their duty off by saying your problem.. I Request you all to avoid this group of hotel.. We became victim of this but hopefully You will not become the next victim... It is very dangerous if you go with your family, wife, sister their any other serious violent thing can happen since any one can enter this hotel room through open balcony and sliding window.
Please avoid this hotel if you want a peaceful sleep!! I have lost my 40,000 in this hence do not want any one to suffer like me.

drnvparekhon 26/06/2017 18:20It is a decent place but not luxurious. The location is on outskirts of Nashik. The rooms are medium sized and have enough sunshine. The bathrooms are okay and require maintenance.the bed is comfortable. The rooms have e-safe, refrigerator, coffee maker. The food quality is good. The breakfast also is reasonably good. There is ample parking space. Wifi is complimentary. The reception is courteous. Overall it will not be a bad choice .

Subroto Lon 21/06/2017 15:08Was in Nasik recently and was recommended Lily Sarovar hotel. I have stayed earlier in Sarovar in various locations and by and large the experience has been good .
In Nasik I could not find any fault be it the Service or the Food.
This property sets the bench mark for walking the extra mile for the customers . I will avoid the specifics as this may seem to be a paid review .
A 3 star hotel that got rebranded into a sarovar. BAD!
adityatibrewalaon 22/05/2017 13:09The sarovar chain of hotels seem to be eager to expand their footprint and have hence decided to buy existing properties, spruce it up a little bit and rebrand it as their own. The concept of doing this is fine but the overall result is a little dismal.
The room is the most awkwardly shaped room that i have seen. The toilets are *tiny*. Somehow, everything fails to live up to the sarovar brand name. If you are looking for a night stop or budget hotel, this works brilliantly. If you wish for some amenities or would like to stay here a couple of nights, please do not!
Not worth the name of the group of hotls
gopalansrikumaron 17/05/2017 16:00I happened to stay since it has been booked by on of my colleagues. The air conditioner was working erratic making too much noise. Haven't tasted the food. The room seems to be ok but the bedding is mere spring and one cant get a peaceful sleep. The switches are in the centre of the bed most inconvenient.
Overall not a very able stay
