BarreMPon 26/08/2017 23:23Went for park and fly to Caribbean and was told we'd only be charged for one car but they reneged and charged an additional $80. They seem to nickel and dime for everything. Bed was comfortable. Choose room not facing courtyard. Restaurant was busy and was very slow but may be due to business. However they made an error in our order providing fried instead of Salad with the club sandwich.
Better for families with small children
kimberb8808on 25/08/2017 04:40I was supposed to stay at The Hilton but someone there misplaced my reservation so I scrambled for a place to stay last minute and stumbled upon this hotel.
It's not too far from the Pierre Trudeau International Airport and was close to where my work took me. As for ordering anything for delivery...I got the same response "we don't deliver there." Not sure why but c'est la vie (oh look I learned some French lol)
This hotel is similar to a resort you would find in a place like Kissimmee FL (but not as tropical) it has a small counter bar, restaurant, indoor pool and LOTS of indoor plants and a little waterfall. They exercise room is pretty decent (I actually thought it wouldn't be great but it was.) I tend to keep my expectations low so that if I'm impressed I feel like I scored big lol (similar to how it was when I was single and dating back in the day lol!!)
Ok back to the hotel review...I was given a room near the exercise room which was good...but my room also faced the outdoor splash park which...you guessed it...comes with screaming kids and couples yelling at each other to grab a bottle or diaper bag.
The room I was given was a two double bed room with mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee machine. NONE of the outlets kept a phone charger or laptop cord plugged in...they kept falling out. There were also no outlets or plugs by the beds that I could see so I had to charge my phone and get up in the dark to shut the alarm off...not being lazy but I often wake up and like to check the time.
The floors seemed like they rarely get washed clean because 10 mins after getting out of the shower, the bottoms of my feet were dark :(
This hotel is very suitable for families with small children or groups waiting to take their flight to a sunny destination the next day or two. I don't think it's great for people who are traveling for business and wanting to catch up on work after dinner or trying to relax early for an early am flight or work.
Be warned that there is road construction along the streets near the hotel, but where isn't there road construction right?!

David Won 23/08/2017 23:22Well upon check-in, 10 people in line with one agent. This is a large hotel. Nice pool. Nice restaurant. Bedroom and shower dirty. Coffee maker didn't work. Upon checkout staff asked how my stay was. I brought up the concerns. The manager was standing to the side and apologized. She offered me a complimentary breakfast which I couldn't redeem.
wonderful stay
Mykellon 20/08/2017 17:32first time my family visited montreal and this was a great place to be our base camp. didn't want to have the hassle of finding parking so i chose this hotel for that reason alone....we drove from the US.
the rooms were spacious and clean. the couch on the living room is a sleeper but because it was big, you don't even need to pull it out...unless your 6 feet tall.
didn't take advantage of the pool. looks great but the time we were there, there were a bunch of high school age kids were there as well. i'm not a big fan of hotel food so we didn't eat there. there are restaurants and grocery stores nearby.....driving distance that is.
we had very minimal interaction with the staff since we got what we need from the start.

guillermo jon 18/08/2017 12:43Id like to express my satisfaction in a recent trip that i had , i stayed at this hotel and the whole staff in the hotel treatead me and my friends so good i felt in heaven , specially LOLY at the restaurant who is such a wonderful human being, she has been by far the best server ive had in years ... THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCHH
