You can now easily make an online booking using your credit shell.

Can I use my credit shell partially?
Yes, and balance can be used before expiration of credit

Yes, you will have to show either the e-ticket confirmation

What are the terms and conditions associated with credit
shell?
Below are the terms and conditions of credit shell policy usage:
The credit shell is valid to book until 1 year from the
date of creation. You may choose your travel date as per your
convenience.
The credit shell is non-transferable. It can be used for
travel only by those customers who were booked in the original
PNR.
In case of multiple passengers, the amount will get
equally divided and utilized accordingly.
Can a Full refund be obtained on a Flight cancellation?
Pre lock down: From 24th March 2020 Till May 31
2020 for flights which have been cancelled, we have protected
your booking amount in the form of a credit shell.
Post lock Down: Before 24th March 2020 Penalty

Present: Yes, a refund on a Flight cancellation

Do I need to print the ticket again in case of partial
cancellation?
You are not required to take the print again, as ticket
details for passengers travelling remain same.
When can I do web check in for Indigo ?
It is mandatory for all passengers to check-in online 48
hours and 60 min before the scheduled departure of their domestic
flight.

Credit Shell is a form of credit note which can be used to

Till when can I use this credit shell?
For bookings cancelled between 25th March, 2020 to 3rd May,
2020 credit shell can be used for travel on or before 28th
February, 2021 and for bookings cancelled between 4th May,2020 to
31st May,2020. Credit shell can be used for travel on or before
31st March, 2021.

You can easily check your credit shell balance on your Itinerary in

Will I get refund for bookings made during the lockdown
period?
Yes, as per the recent DGCA guidelines for refunds, all new
bookings made between 25th March’20 and 14th April’20 for travel
date between 25th March’2020 and 3rd May’2020 are eligible for a
full refund.

Currently, the tickets are non-transferable; hence, name
changes on a confirmed reservation are not permissible. You will
need to cancel your ticket and book a new ticket with the new
passenger's name. Cancellation charges, if any, will be applicable
accordingly.
Do I need to print the ticket again in case of partial

Yes. If you have currently booked a flight and were not
able to fly due to the COVID-19 situation then you can reschedule
the flight. Go Air is saving the PNR for 1 year. This helps you
redeem your flight anytime.
Can I obtain refund on cancellation of an itinerary?
You can obtain refund on cancellation of an itinerary. When you
cancel the ticket on via portal or in airline website the amount
gets refunded after the applicable cancellation charges are
deducted for General normal cancellation.

To reschedule your booking for departure beyond 31st
July, a rescheduling fee would be applicable. Fare difference, if

In case we are unable to operate any of the scheduled

What does “I want to change/cancel my flight” mean?
You can change your flight(s) as many times as you wish
for bookings made on or before 3rd June 2020 with flight
departure before 30th June 2020 for travel up to 31st October
2020 with no flight-change fee and no fare difference fee

What is RA – Refund Application?
Air India [AI] has suspended the refunds process option
through GDS effective 21st MAR 2020 and effective AUG 2020 Air
India as started accepting through the RA process.
The RA process is a manual process of Approving,
Authorizing and processing of refund post validation. With the
current scenario, RA process would take 90+ working days.
We are updating the RA details along with their status on
daily basis [ 5 days a week] and approved PNR is refunded to the
original form of payment [Wallet/Credit Card/Debit Card / Net

How to check the RA status?
As there is NO mechanism to update the status on a

Can I use my ticket partially and ask for refund of a
sector which is not in sequence of travel? e.g: for a ticket issued
London Delhi Amritsar Delhi London, I do not want to use London

The re-issuance can be done at the nearest or any Air

Cancellation of a booking is permitted up to two hours
prior to the scheduled departure of the flight for travel within
