Just 3 kms from airport. Very friendly responsive staff. Food, particularly buffet every night, and the breakfast, was really good. Extended our check out time when our flight was delayed. Great place to stay if you r visiting Shirdi, Ajantha and Ellora. Very helpful travel desk too.

Had gone to visit a family function. The taste of food was very nice. CCTV surveillance in lobbies. The lawn was very green and big. I do not remember about swimming pool. The rooms were very deluxe and the ac was powerful.

It's good experience of staying over here. Hotel is big and spacious. Ample parking space. very good swimming pool and Spa.
Room are good and clean with best house keeping service.
Can do morning walk within in premises.

Our stay at The Ambassador Ajanta was special to us, as we travelling for the first time by ourselves. It was made even more special by the wonderful and courteous staff at the hotel.
Right from the ever smiling "darban" to the front office staff, our housemen and the F&B staff. Warmth and hospitality was at its best.
Our room was very comfortable and minutest details were taken care of. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the awesome spread at the breakfast buffet every morning and their evening dips in the pool! The little patch of farming that they have also highly excited them with squirrels and butterflies galore !!
It was also very heartening to hear all the staff that we met wish us a "happy journey" for our drive back home!! It just showed their perfect training!

This hotel is probably the oldest in the city but unlike the saying old is gold its lost its charm totally
It’s way below the five star grade
The rooms are average amenities are basic for a five star grade
The buffet spread is just ok you have a large spread but the same on a daily basis
We were lucky to spot plastic in the sandwich which we reported to the duty manager who was least apologetic about it
Though on average I would say that the staff is friendly
The connectivity of the place is good
The pool and other facilities are average descent would be right description
The cutlery needs a major overhaul guys if the management is listening you wouldn’t want to use any of your room glasses and mugs
So this put together you get only 2 stars
