Poorly maintained. The locks didn't appear to work. Any key will be used for any room. By mistake we went to other room and we use our room key it will work for other room. So your luggage can not be safe. They don't have their kitchen. Very dirty bathroom. Cant get hot water and the taps are loose. Outdated TV, not such nice place. If you have no option then ok for 1 night.

Rooms are Deluxe and furnished nicely, with nice chairs. Its located right next to bus stand and railway station. Service is good staff was to cooperative. room was clean. very affordable,value for your money. The manager was very nice and helpful,

First of all, photos provided on your website are misleading about the actual quality, and phone number provided is of another hotel. Bad location, filthy and muddy road in front of the hotel, cars parked in front make entering into the hotel compound difficult if you have luggage. Even auto drivers won't recommend this hotel for the money that i paid for my room.
Secondly, the hotel may be equivalent to a third-class lodge than a two star hotel. The rooms may be clean but has a foul smell and the bathroom is poorly maintained and unclean. Some people may count themselves lucky to find a room with clean sheets and an odorless room. I was only partially lucky, since I got a bed with clean sheets but a room with a bad smell. I had to leave the door open for a few hours to get the room to smell cleaner. The hotel is surrounded on all three sides by closely built buildings, therefore, its better not to open the windows unless you want to let mosquitoes in.
Thirdly, no complimentary food. Unhelpful and indifferent staff except for the guy who takes you to your room. Ask him for help regarding clean sheets, clean pillow covers, bathroom carpet, soap, changing rooms, places with good food, and he will help you out without asking for any tips. Do not ask the reception for good places to eat, as he would mislead you.
Finally, if you want decent food for a low price, I would recommend the restaurant in the Hotel Moti Mahal located nearby.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone other than guys travelling alone who want a place to stay the night before moving on. Especially NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILY OR COUPLES.

Hotel location is close to Bangalore City Railway station and near by lots of shopping area.
Rooms are not clean enough and getting some smell, I used my body spray on the curtains to get rid the bad smell. It is just ok to stay for one day business trip.
TV is old and horrible. no room service I found.
Certainly not recommened with family.

It is very normal one and need not give more than one star. Unless asked, they do not supply soap and towels. Late check out was requested and agreed but at the time of check out, they wanted to charge as it is more than one hour.
The lanes and entrance to the road where it is located is very bad. Of course there is no complimentary breakfast.it is not a star hotel but ordinary hotel.
