Had a one night booking cheked in late night juat wanted to sleep but couldnt sleep it at all. Hotel doesnt value for money i paid. Only lobby looks better rooms are just average. Bathroom and amenities in rooms are too old like 80s. Blanket were smelling and itching. Pillow were like rock couldnt sleep at all. A.c. switch were not working only one plug point were working other was not working. Breakfast below average. I dont recommend this for comfort stay

Best bes..First Class..In service food accommodation. ..arrangements ...etc superb...worth visiting. .loving it..Ball room...😍
The only thing to be worried about is its high rates..but if you spend more u get more it's that simple.
Location is good an easily accessible.

I could not get room service, in-spite of repeated reminders. Even after complaining to reception desk.
My CitiBank credit card was refused for room tariff, as there was something wrong with the POS machine. I had to run to the nearest ATM to get cash.
I had keep my window closed as it looked directly into area of disrepute.

Where to start on the experience I had. Be it early morning coffee/ tea, which can be pre ordered a night before by dropping a chit in the pot in the restaurant area, acts as an alarm as well or I should talk about our relaxed time after dinner on the swing outside the reception. This is certainly one of the best hotels I have stayed in

Happened to stay in this hotel on account of our corporate meetings. The plus point of this hotel is its location as it is situated at distance of less than 10 minutes from the Mumbai Central. The rooms of the hotel are clean, comfortable and give a feel of relaxation. The food served is also good however staff should be more courteous. As far as hotel restaurants are concerned, the staff is considered to be more generous towards serving the customers. The staff lacked attentiveness towards the guests. Rest other things were all good. Yes, repeat stay can be made at this hotel considering the location, rooms, hospitality, food.
