This property is maintained well and have up to the mark dining hall and have all amenities inside room and their sales team is well professional and talented, this hotel is fine for banquet purpose and also for night stay.

The place is good and well managed, however have to make few changes to top the chart of Restaurants in Ghaziabad.
no Music, was the first the most important thing that was missing for me...
Entertainment is the key of Customer Service Industry.

I was lil hesitant about location and quality of hotel including entry to holel. But once I was in all was nice , fast and efficient. Rooms are really spacious and hygenic. Staff is very aprochable and reciprocative. Chef Khalid and other staff restuurant staff were exceptional. Overall it was very nice stay in Delhi.

I booked Banquet and 6 rooms at this hotel for 1 night on 1/07/2017. Food was fine and rooms also fine. But it was attitude problem at the front desk which forced me to give bad review to the hotel. Specially Mr Amar who is one arrogant fellow otherwise property is fine.

I have visit to this hotel last week for 2 nights, the hotel was nice decorated as per the location, food was excellent , room were clean. Staff and service was excellent. Specially thanks to Mr Saifi Aizaj Front Office Manager and his team who made my stay memorable. Good job keep it up, will visit again also I will advise to my friend to stay there.
