I spent 5months in an apartment on this complex, its ok, the local area and people are fantastic, the local restaurants are all good, its not like the northern bustle, if you want big nights go up the coast, if you want to chill for a month or 2 its great,

I have been going to this place for last 10 years. But my recent visit has forced me to look for other places. Terrible breakfast (they serve "Russian breakfast" that includes just bread and butter/jam), dirty rooms, dirty pool, rude restaurant manager and the list goes on. The only saving grace was its proximity to Zalor beach. Not recommended.

ok plus place to live, though the food quality is good in shanties and beach restaurants. Very quite and mostly inhabitated by Russians and east European natives, sea food is good at Amar's, quality fenny

I spent 4 nights in this hotel and had a great time thanks to the beautiful beach and gentle people at the shacks. However the hotel was too basic for me. I did not choose it but the tour that took me around India.
Pros: close to beach (5min walk), cheap little supply stores around, room has balcony. Cheap.
Cons: check out at 10h30am (whaaaat???), no internet (luckily I had a sim card), in the middle of nowhere (very very far from stuff like atms or stores.. taxi is expensive.. no uber or ola), no ac only ceiling fan, bathroom with shower by toilet everything gets wet, electricity shuts off during the day, they never cleaned my room, breakfast is too basic (toasts, small juice, coffee). Water in swimming pool does not feel clean.

Location- hotel location is in south Goa near zalor beach, vasco da gama is 20 km & North Goa is Around 45 km & varca beach is-10 km from this hotel.
Hotel- there is no mobile Network available in the room & the location, The hotel also had a pool which was open from 9AM to 6PM. The complimentary breakfast served Toast with Jam and Butter, a Cup of Tea or Coffee and a glass of Juice.no room service available in hotel. The staffs were courteous and very helpful.
