This visit was very special since my stay here coincided with my birthday. I was greeted with a beautiful cake at the stroke of 12 midnight. Made me feel very comfortable and homely....Should mention about Priyanka who took extra care and efforts to ensure that i was greeted in the midnight. She was very cheerful and was so enthusiastic.
Special greetings and thanks to Priyanka and the team who supported her.
Have been regularly visiting this property since 2014, but never had this kind of a Wow...experience.

I had a small glitch, else it’s a Business Hotel with the takes to be a 5 star Hotel. The hotel staff is courteous and greets you with a smile. The food is good, Chef Kuldeep Singh does his job very well and with a smile. The glitch they mentioned, they were able to make up for it by offering me an upgrade. The room was very well equipped, the bed was nice and firm and offered good sleep. I will visit them again.

I stayed the Courtyard Marriott, Chennai during 2015 when the city was completely flooded and we were stuck there because of the inclement weather and the conditions in the city were pretty bad. But thanks to Courtyard Marriott, Chennai, our crew, including my self, we were safe and cared for. Because of the hurry that we left in, did not get a chance to properly thank you guys.... so thank you Courtyard Marriott for taking care of us during that unfortunate calamity.
My stay now was also very comfortable thankyou again.

To get to the hotel from the Chennai domestic airport , once you get out of the airport , to your right you will see uber counters , its easy to get to the hotel using Uber. The waiters at the restaurant and people at the front desk were very helpful. We ended up getting sick from eating at another hotel and the front desk helped us in getting the medication and were prompt in getting our food to our rooms. I am allergic to peanuts and after ordering our food the chef came out to talk to us and said he would prepare our food taking into consideration our dietary needs. At present the metro work is covering the front entrance , so its hard to find it. Not a lot of ola, uber drivers and auto guys know the hotel , so you have to keep a look out for the hotel sign board. Also, the breakfast buffet even though it looks like there is a lot of stuff , the food wasn't tasty , I have eaten at better places for sure !The lunch buffet did not look appealing and we opted for the a la carte and food was again just average. We ordered dosa at night from the restaurant and it was not at all good. Overall the stay was pleasant .

We really enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard, The staff were very courteous and helpful - especially Ganeshkumar and Hariss, who arranged transportation to Ponicherry at a very short notice. The room was excellent. The location was convenient,
