The room smelled funny almost like someone had smoked in it or something and they tried to cover it up. The room was clean but the beds were terrible. So hard and uncomfortable. The girl at the front desk was young and very nice but neither time I check in or out was there someone in the office. Both times I was greated by someone on the other end of a radio and didn’t even see anyone upon check out.

Lovely front desk managers. Helpful, kind and responsive to any requests. Room was clean and breakfast was ample. Tub was draining sluggishly and they fixed it in minutes. It is right on Hwy 101, but noise was minimal.

If you just need the basics, thats what you'll get. Thankfully the room was clean. There's no lobby. The breakfast room is located in a converted guest room. It too small. We weren't comfortable hanging out there and felt bad for the guests in the adjacent guest room. We preferred to take the stairs vs the elevator - it felt a little questionable. The location is on one of the main thoroughfares in town so there is a lot of road noise. Phone was not connected in our room when we tried to call the lobby for help. There was no one there to check out just someone observing via video camera and talking via speakers. We'll choose somewhere else next time.

Family of 5 (3 kids <5) fit just fine in the room with double beds. The indoor pool was good for the kids and clean. Fridge, microwave in the room. Everything worked good. Everything was clean and nice. The breakfast in the morning was good with a waffle maker, hard boiled eggs, variety of bake goods, cereal and more. No problems with staff, noise or things not working. A great stay!

This hotel was conveniently located to all the local amenities. It is clean, and the staff were very helpful and professional. Having a restaurant on the premises was a plus for us. We had a good meal at a fair price. The free breakfast was also served in the restaurant. I recommend this hotel.
