My experience was not as i expected. I wanted to do early check in as i reached Mangalore at 6 am but the receptionist asked me to wait till 12 pm (check in time) as the rooms were not available. I was surprised as how in a big hotel all rooms can be occupied. However, i got a room at 10 am. The bedsheets and blanket were tidy and had to replace. The drinking was charged. There was no geyser. The hotel has very limited staff because of which room service was delayed.

+ve: airport nearby 13kms only.
Good connectivity. Lot of restaurants nearby. Staff helping. Rooms clean and well managed. Location also nice.
-ve: no kitchen. AC not working in morning.
Overall satisfied.

Stayed with hotel for 2days very bad hotel done book this hotel
there was bed bugs uncleaned toilet & noisy cot
its all because of Make My Trip People suggested this please dont fall in trap

We came to this hotel only to make a night of rest between our train trip from kochi to Goa. Room was decent, nice and modern, our sheets was dirty and bathroom wasn't tidy, made us feel uncomfortable. Our door man which lead us to room and carry our bags was super nice, because we came very late he even offered his own dinner he had in his staff room and made effort to bring wifi password after all. Receptionist wasn't that nice, as we came from Kerala we was really pleased down there people was super amazing. Unfortunately next morning when we left for a train, we was attacked by man, he throw brick size stone into us, my leg got massive bruise it was bleeding, we was lucky tuk tuk stopes next to us in time, but this man was chasing us on his bike and giving this angry looks, I was really shocked and scared, but this man turned different way after all. Just saying to be careful out there!!!!

The Emporium Hotel is located conveniently near the railway station. This was also the main reason why we chose to stay there.
The lobby is very fashionable and clean, including a collection of the most recent newspapers. Our room, however, was the opposite. The bathroom looked very unclean and the sheets were dirty. The strange smell of the room followed us for the next week as our clothes had soaked it up. If we hadn’t been so tired we would have left and gone somewhere else.
There was hot water though - which was nice.
Nevertheless, unfortunately, the worst experience we have made in Indian hotels so far.
