Good :
1. Decent spread of breakfast
Not so good :
1. Quality of food otherwise is very average
2. Service is very average : inspite of reminders, people did not turn up for room issues.
3. Some people in the reception bureaucratic. Do not have the attitude on how to ensure great guest experience.
4. The towels / upholstery dirty
5. The housekeeping staff turn up in the room to clean without knocking the door or asking for permission.
All in all, very average experience. Am sure there will be much better hotels on ooty to spend memblorable holidays.
Wouldn't stay here next time. Recommend avoid.

This hotel which is located up several steep hairpin bends from the centre of Ooty. It does have reasonable views across the valley. The gardens are pretty and we'll maintained although the Japanese garden was closed off.The rooms are large but look rather shabby and the armchairs could do with good clean. There are maquac monkeys patrolling the grounds so keep the doors and windows closed.

Very nice hotel and very good view from room and clean room. Good guest service and we had best Chinese food in this place. Good welcomeing with good care of guest. And very nice spaa with good body Massage.

Perfect place in Ooty for vacation, we stayed there for 3 nights and enjoyed every moment. Few initial hiccups while checking in but Karthik & Dev helped to us to move on.
This place has the most friendly travel desk, i appreciate Francis help on guiding us on location, vehicle etc.
Best part is the Food here, you will be welcomed here with lot of smiling face & people who beleive in customer satisfaction more than anything else.....Wish to thank Shekar & Pradeep to help us around with great option for starters, salads, live counter, mains ...... we were there for 3 days...still felt nothing much repeated on menu.
Missed Jade restaurant & swimming pool as it was on renovation...we will try next time.
Kids love this place for the options they have on play area, non spicy food & big rooms.
Nice valley view, good food, uphill weather, not too far from city still feel isolated from busy streets......what else you need more.....

If you are in ooty a must stay hotel. We got jain food as per our request. Nice hospitality. Very good taste. Nice play area. Go for 5, 6 and 7 floor for BETTER view. I prefer to take breakfast with dinner plan and was quite satisfied.
