The location of the cottage is awesome, eveb though it is very near to main road there is no noise and smoke. The place is very quite. We spend 2 days there and it was awesome. If someone is visiting wayanad I would suggest this cottage. Well maintained and very resonable. There is no food provided but there are hotels at walkable distance where you can njoy ur breakfast, luncha and dinner. The cottage also has parking space. And the owner is very friendly. Had a greattime with my friends.😀

We booked this cottage for 13 people. Its a 4 BHK separate cottage. There we have a separate Open Dining Place outside the Cottage. It was an fantastic place to eat and spend with with machans... Nearest from the city. They provided one night Non veg dinner (Chapthi, Chicken Gravy, Chicken 65, Rice, Dhal, Rasam). Best option for group/Family.

Was our second visit in 3 years. Very clean and comfortable room.Off the main road so quiet at night. Martin our host arranged for a car and driver to take us out and about.
Lots of places to see and things to do locally. A very pleasant place to stay.

I really wants to say Thanks to Martin . We 19 members went to Wayanad . And did not get enough rooms any where .But Martin has helped us and provided good Villa with 2 bhk 4 flats (total 8 rooms) .. Rooms are really good and food also good .
Its worth full to us visiting the place .

We stayed for 2 days in Green mount cottage. We were 6 of them and booked 3 rooms. This cottage is run by Martin and his wife. They provide complementary breakfast everyday. Rooms were neat and complementary breakfast was awesome everyday. (Kadala curry, appam, puttu.....). This place is also closer to kalpetta main road and hence we can visit any nearby hotel or bakery for any food needs in evening or night. Suggest family people to book here since it is safe / neat and near to main road shops. The cottage is like 100 mts from main road and hence there is hardly any noise even during day time. IF you are planning to visit kalpetta / wayanad, book your rooms here and feel relaxed. Martin also provides info on local travel details/ car bookings which will be very useful .
