PICK A DIFFERENT HOTEL - Poor customer service

The hotel was "okay". The room was fine, as was the breakfast. Unfortunately, my card was charged twice. I called the hotel 5 times before finally calling Hilton Honors and requesting assistance. Hilton Honors sent me an email stating they would resolve the issue within 72 hours. I finally called both my bank and the hotel via a conference call to correct the mistake. I never heard back from the general manager, Pinky, or anyone who assured me that they would return my call. Horrible customer service. Overall very poor experience with Hilton.
We will not stay again.

Updates are needed. Furniture outdated, sheets not changed, no USB port, no table lamps, only wall hung lights. Odor and A/C had horrible vibration. Room needs to be updated. I would not recommend staying at this location because it lacks comfort in all areas, the check in staff was the only bright spot with the whole stay.

In addition to there being filthy laundry left in the room from the guests before us, even though the room had appeared to have been "cleaned", the breakfast was terrible, the juice machine was only pushing out water, no juice, and the wifi cut out constantly making it impossible to work or stream any kind of music or video. The staff could not have cared less about any of these issues. Just said "sorry" with no offer for points, any resolution, they just didn't care at all..

During the early hours of the day and it was NEVER a problem. We switched from a different hotel and it was the best decisions ever. A must stay hotel. The only thing negative I would say is that the bathroom needs updating (just the shower)
Quick trip for a wedding

Stayed here two nights for an out of town wedding. Front desk staff was great at letting us know when the shuttle would pick up and shuttle driver was very courteous.hallways and common areas were a bit loud, as there was about 20-30 teenage soccer players staying there that weekend as well. Breakfast was great.
