Hotel front view is excellent. Rooms are specious and clean. Staff and manager id helpful and cooperative. Overall best stay in jaisalmer.
They have a camp property also named Ratnawali camps in Sam Area at an isolated place.
Love that camp.

I stayed here for two nights, 11th and 12th October, 2016. Thoroughly disappointed with their service, room decor and amenities. Dimly lit rooms. Bathrooms are ordinary. No restaurant in the hotel. Had to go out to eat every time.
12th night we stayed at the tent in the desert. However it was very disappointing. The tent which i had booked in advance for, wasn't the one where we were put up. Instead of Ratnawali Tents we were made to stay at Thar Tents. No prior intimation was made. This was a bad deal as the tents were ordinary, cold food, ordinary cultural evening and services deplorable. Not worth the 4000/- bucks we paid for one night. On top of this I received no receipt from the Hotel admin in Jaiselmer for payment till date.
Honestly I felt cheated and taken for a huge ride.
Definitely a thumbs down for Mr. Amit Jain and his team.

Ajanta Haveli is an excellent option under affordable price range. The location is an advantage and though the hotel is located in main city there is hardly any disturbance from city's hustle-bustle. All major tourist attractions in the city and restaurants are witihin well approchable distance.
Rooms are decent, well maintained, bathrooms are clean. Room service is upto the mark!
Verdict: pleasant stay under moderate price range!

This hotel is like a haweli. They have good room and also clean. I stay 3 day's here. They serve also breakfast on rooftop. Breakfast is really very good. They serve lot of things in breakfast. Friendly staff.

- Booked this through Oyo (its called OYO Rooms Hanuman Circle)
- The facade is exactly that - a facade. Looks ok from outside but very ok from the inside
- Hot water is available only in the morning. Which means they expect their guests who would be able to check in only post 12 to not have a bath there in the winter
- Dirty bed linen / blankets. Towels are old and worn out. You would wish you had brought your own
- Breakfast is on the roof and is horrible. Completely inedible. The tables and chairs are so dirty you wouldn't want to sit there
- The approach road is quite bad. Its a bit inside from the main road. There is construction happening just outside, which means a lot of dust
- Despite Oyo's claims on free wifi, the wifi doesn't work on the first floor
