If you are visiting Diu then you can stay in this hotel, well not too costly but middle class family can afford.
Service is little bit slow and rooms will smell sometimes.
Near to Diu fort and market is also accessible from here, You can have good time here with your friends and sea beach is also near from this location.

Overall hotel APAAR is Very good hotel. Rooms are clean. staff members are very co-operative. location is very good. Very Good hotel for family to stay. Some rooms of this hotel's Balcony view also very good.

Wouldn't have known this good place by just viewing some photos, the actual relief were to stay here and enjoy the surroundings. A great hotel to stay in, nice interior with sea facing balcony(have to inform in advance after booking completion from any site) with seating and great view of the ocean and its rising and falling tide to watch when nothing to do around. Rooms were comfortable with centralized AC and hot/cold water available 24 hrs. A great service and open hearted friendliness by all staff. Food is awesomely tasty and enough quantity, takes 20 mins minimum for food to be delivered depending on items ordered. Ample parking space for those who travelling on their own vehicle with 24 hrs security. Sometimes foods ordered gets wrong( if you don't speak Gujarati might be issue for some staff to understand) but even if anything goes wrong its immediately rectified(happened with me even before i informed) so hats-off to their patience and courtesy. Great illumination of hotel in the night from outside. Two restaurants one open air garden and other inside hotel(AC). Its also nearest the Diu main road with petrol pump and atms of major banks. Also the custom shops are situated within walkable distance. One thing would expect a top covered parking space for vehicles. Even most of tourist places are near to this area.

Stayed for a day.
Good rooms.
Restaurants overcrowded with average food
Very poor service.
We had to wait for 20 min before even plates were placed.
We had to positively ask for onions and achaar till half the dinner was over
Paper napkins were not placed till the end of dinner
Visitors to restaurants park inside whereas guests suffer.
