One of my foreigner freind named Chang Che Li stayed there for a night, as he was not having any online booking of this property so went directly to this place and these guys asked him to pay $120 for one night and after so much request, they reduced the price for few dollars (THESE ARE THE HOTELS WHICH ARE DEMOLISHING INDIA's REPUTATION IN WORLD)
They also forced him to sign on a paper for not complaining anywhere about there misbehave and mentioning that they provided good services, after only they gave him Wifi password.
It's really ridiculous to have such kind of hospitality in the Capital city of the country.
They have the setting with taxi drivers too and threaten foreign customers to checkin in this hotel instead of their reserved one , as due to festival all the roads are blocked and going to there hotel would be dangerous. #CHEATERS

Oyo 8336 - Hotel D Gold, Bank St. Karol Bagh. Don't opt for this Hotel even if it is free .. It's a worsen than gutter, I had booked this through Oyo n they booked it blindly in replacement coz I assumed that this hotel will have parking but there is no reserve parking is there..They will park your vehicle to busy market road. Room's were not cleaned from many days I saw bunch of dust parts above my head board of Cot which was feeling like small spider nets. Commode was wrapped in po op from down side And this commode wrapped with po..op human waste was lebeled as cleaned, Torned badsheet, Dust n dirty stains on furniture tiles n taps, intolerable smell was coming from all corners of Room. Dirty cushions for decoration with no filling inside. Grey colour towel, dust n stain never cleaned from Switch boards n windows. Sticky floor with very dirty Door mat. Now strangest part that I checked in this hotel in early morning for few hours of my urgent stay as I came from a 1200 km long road drive and I had to take urgent rest for moving forward for next city so I booked through Oyo so after finding so many problems with this room I called Oyo to report all this with images immediately and Oyo and Hotel was talking like US and UK international discussion but no one helped me to clean this human waste...As it was 3o clock of night I didn't even know where to go and I ended up staying in this human waste po..op till morning coz Oyo promised that their ground staff will come for inspection. Morning Oyo staff came for inspection found my complaint genuine n closed my case saying sorry to me for all inconvenience and closed my complaint. No WiFi or Free Mineral water bottle was given... Reality of hotel condition is exactly opposite of showing in Oyo or Hotel booking page.

Had a very comfortable stay.. Best staff and services.. Located near to the market.. Parking also available.. Awesome food.. Would love to visit again in the near future.. Wish them good luck for the future.
