We had booked hotel for 13th August 2016 for two days stay for which clear trip had offered 2500/- Per day. As i was in dilema i choosed to pay at hotel, during check in.
On the day of Visit, The room which was offered was very dirty and Stinky, Even the bed sheets had Tea Marks and had bed bugs. I visited toilet which was equally dirty and one of the taps were leaking.There was no Inter com Phone. Room AC was smelling like rotten egg, after 15 minutes we wanted to check out but hotel guys insisted to give payment for atleast 1 day, as we have just stepped inside to view the room..All fake photographs of Room in website.. Just Avoid

The only good is the location just 10 minutes to Mahabodhi Stupa. Out of 5 rooms with 3 rooms "complimented" bed bugs!!! The room, the bed and the toilet was not properly sanitized, we decided to buy cleaning liquid and get the hotel staff to clean it up for us, to have good and safe sleep, after all, we have paid the rooms.

The picture on their website is a crudely airbrushed photo of a completely different upmarket hotel with uniformed concierge unloading luggage onto a gilded trolley. Non of the interior shots look anything like the rooms we were shown either. Anyone who stoops to such deception deserves no custom. Dreadful place. Avoid.

Only plus is central location but then there are plenty of other places in similar position.Hot water never on , best they could do was a bucket ,power shut downs but no generator, room & bedding very dirty, windows had big gap around edge so insects & cold could enter , we asked for more blankets but only got one, told breakfast available from 6am but still not @ 7 am, website states Wifi but there isn't, room phone didn't work which meant a trip down four flights of stairs to complain about yet another issue.Had planned to stay 4 nights but moved out next morning & found somewhere for same price that was everything this place wasn't

We arrived tired and dishevelled after a long train journey then mad Tuk Tuk drive. The hotel looks nicer from the outside than the inside but the staff were lovely. Three of them booked us in, sprayed our room, checked the bathroom and one even saluted us when they left us to settle in.
The room was very basic, the AC seemed to kill half the mosquitoes that flew threw it so we dragged the bed that was under it over to the other side of the room just to be on the safe side.
As with a lot of places in India, a lot of the time you get what you pay for. We got our room cheap and were only there for one night so it was somewhere for us to lay our heads although we did use our sleeping bag liners as we didn't fancy putting our heads or bodies on the actual sheets
