Booked through Make My trip. The Hotel delivered what it promised. Rooms are spacious and clean. There is free wifi. The Staff are really nice. The location is the plus point ,very close to all attractions. Enjoyed the stay for a Day and would certainly recommend.

Very Good service. The staffs are really nice. Room is spacious but old. Wifi is poor. Breakfast is vegetarian.very much satisfied except wifi.Spacious rooms and toilet. We have appreciated a lot the breakfast with a good variety of food,

Booked through Cleartrip which gave me bed and two meal package for a good deal, this is why I chose the hotel. Got to the hotel and they said it was only bed and breakfast. Argued the case but they simply said we will tell Cleartrip that the two meal package is not available. Not sure who is at fault but somebody is, not necessarily the men at reception who were overall lovely. Just don't expect to book something, pay for it and then be told no sorry you can only have half of it with no explanation.
Room was fine for the amount I paid although I do dislike rooms with bars on the windows and obscure glass. This gives an overall impression of a prison cell as there is never any natural light. Wifi reception was never available despite visiting reception on numerous occasions although it corrected itself down in the lobby. I had work to do so it was a severe inconvenience and did cheese me off as they promised me wifi was available in all rooms. I ended up doing work in the morning in reception before leaving.
The hotel is within walking distance to the temple simply turn left out of the hotel, cross the junction and walk to the end of the road and turn left and it's here. The temple is superb and worth the cost of the room and the negatives associated with it. One major downside is there was a whiff is sewage in the room when I woke up so I cannot give it a great score. The staff were lovely and tried their best to sort out my issues but it was not possible to fix the wifi nor the incorrect deal that I had paid for with Cleartrip. Would I book again, quite probably due to the location and people but the hotel itself has issues. Had room service food from Diana which was lovely and waiter was extremely helpful. You can alcohol if you have room service which you pay for on delivery. Food was lovely though and cost reasonable amount.

This review is not about the stay but of the Multicuisine restaurant Diana here.There was no one insight when I walked in to this restaurant...and so I nearly did a double take for the door.The smiling waiter assured me it was open for lunch. I requested an authentic South Indian non vegetarian meal and I was overwhelmed by the dishes whipped up.Absolutely tasty meals without the use of additives or preservatives ..just like grandma's cooking.

Room and food are good. Easily accessible to important tourist spots across the city. Near to the Old Bus Stand and situated in Market Place. food is decent, i haven't stayed here but my cousin has stayed. I just visited rooms and tasted food in their restaurant.
