reasonable hotel good location but hotel is without any ammenities. Great place if you just want to sleep and have work in market. b.fast is good but no other meals provided. getting food after 10 30 pm inside the hotel is difficult.

To summarise the overall experience was not so good !the room given to us 302 ac and the phone was not working
They finally send someone still the ac doesn't cool.they give a fan for the night .the next day v ask for a change and finally they give us a change.the room can accomdate only two except their suite rooms.since it's a new hotel it's done up very well.our bathroom door lock wasn't working and almost locked myself inside. The water comes and goes. The breakfast which has a good Indian spread and the location close to all major restaurants and shopping brands. ..and being in panaji is the only saving grace.mayb it was our bad luck .they do not give any tour advise as advertised on their website just guide you to the travel agency next door which can only arrange cars

very good location and is easily approachable. rooms are good and very spacious with all the required amenities under one roof. service provided by them is also very good. overall a very nice experience.

It's just a 3 floors hotel situated in the panjim main road which is near to bus stop and airport and also casino so this could be plus point for if someone visiting goa for official purpose. But there are many disadvantage staying in this hotel as rooms are very small, not so comfortable stay. Wif-fi is not free, it just cost with different price for days.
Hotel dose not provide any food so they just recommend to get from near by hotels. In and around the hotel you can't get anything worthful for eating.

Stayed in the hotel for one day..had gone to goa solely for the casino and this hotel is located right opposite casino pride 1 and within walkable distance from the other casinos on the road. The hotel as such is small and suitable for business travellers as there is no view as such from the rooms located as it is in panjim market. I had booked a suite which was not big as such but neat and comfortable. The breakfast was complementary and was average. The only thing I didn't like of the hotel was that I reached at 12:10 pm and still had to wait for around 40 minutes during check-in as the room was not ready. They have both check-in and checkout at 12 pm which leaves no buffer for room cleaning. People visiting goa for sightseeing should avoid staying in panjim as there are no great beaches nearby except for miramar which is ok at best.
