We stay for only 02 nights in this hotel..Very nice hotel 2 km far from city they provide free pick and drop.. services are good, food quality is also good. Rooms were neat and clean.. surely we will stay in this hotel again.

We booked three rooms for 02 nights on 29 sept. rooms are specious .. food is good rooms were neat and clean... hotel is 2km far from nainital lake.. but they provide free pick up and drop from mall road which is very good.. over all we had a good experience.

Staff is good and friendly and very co-operative ... Pickup and drop is available from city center each time you enter into city which is totally free if cost .. Food was awesome.. Rooms were really good.. Overall It's worth staying in this hotel ..

We had spend 3 days there, hotel staff is good, rooms are good but little far from the mall road but you can enjoy to walk coming down and a black zen will always ready to help you to pickup for hotel.

I visited this hotel in June, 2017 with my family and had booked two rooms online. We really liked the hotel. Rooms are tidy and service is also good. However, it is 2.5 kms above Nainital lake. But the hotel had provided the transport for reaching the lake and also for return without extra cost. All drivers were always ready to drop and pickup.
Mr. Rajendra, Mr. Ganesh and Ms. Sonia are really helpful and also the staff of the hotel. Our personal car broke down but the staff and managers arranged the mechanic and helped us in anyway they could. They are really helpful without any selfish reason.
The hotel is at height and locality is good around there. There is peace and it is cooler than what it is at Nainital lake. I prefer this hotel for everyone without any second thought.
