THE HOTELS TARIFF WAS GOOD ..WAS GIVEN A RENOVATED ROOM ..it was worth the money...Airconditioning is centralized and was good, washrooms were modern and quite clean ..The lounge bar on the ground floor was happening and was a great place to relax..

Booked through a third party site, price was ok. But the good part is very easy access to shopping and restaurants.
staffs are very friendly and helpful. i give them 5 stars. they helped us on carrying the luggages. thanks a lot.

But very poor facility maintenance and service.
-Air condition malfunction. Asked for assistance. Staff said no replacement room at the moment. Staff attempt do some minor repair but not improved, but he claimed it's functioning. Ended up sleep perspired.
-Floors dusty. Can't walk without shoes.

During my stay the hotel was making renovation so I guess it will be much better after that. Anyways the price was quite high - for the same price you can get very good quality hotel in Delhi or even in Chennai itself. Room was small and worn out, bathroom was worse - horrible smell lasted all our stay and it wasnt cleaned at all. Staff was really nice and polite, but please dont ever ver aks them directions - we asked from where the buses to Mahabalipuram go and istead of saying they dont know they send us to opposite side of the city. Thank God we checked with internet just to find out the bus starts directly behind the hotel (and even doesnt pass through the part of city where we were send to). Also the location is great - easy to do the shopping, very close to the bus station.

A good budget class hotel , stayed for 3 nights with my family .one of the best locations for a shopholic guests, value for money, the staffs were saying that the renovated wing of the hotel are soon to open, hope they dont increase their prices..would be have been better i fthey have provided breakfast.
