It is not even a 1-star hotel. i booked a room from goibibo and when i reached there to check-in, the room was on the other side of the world as compared to what they show in internet. Room was dark and withwout any ventilation. the paint of the walls are falling, the walls hav cracks and the room was small that it cal cause a claustrophobic person to go in shock. the dining was also not good as it seems like they have just half constructed it and left in that way. The bellboys and attendant were not friendly and took us as their burden, and service was never good. I think its a total waste of money to stay in this hotel. For all who read this reveiw, if you are looking the rooms in the internet, your expectation will be going to crush by 90 %. i have saved that 10% just because rooms had bed and bathroom.

The room is pretty ok. I guess you get what you pay for (considering that mumbai is pretty expensive). The corridors could have been cleener though (some places it looked like a construction site). Other than that, staff is very nice and frindly.

I guess this hotel is okay for the prize. I couldn't see any others that looked decent for the same prize.
It almost looks like they are renovating the place. To get to our room we have to go through this parade of builders and tools and unfinished walls, and that would be okay if it wasn't for the smell and the noise. Also we ordered an non-smoking room but even the walls smell like cigarettes.
The rooms looks nothing like the pictures.
Also I have to call down to the reception once or twice every day because my WIFI doesn't work. They always fix it fast but still.
Other then this it's a pretty comfortable and clean bed, very nice and helpful staff and hot water in the shower.

For our meetings and appointments, we always choose this hotel. This hotel gives us all types of comforts. The staff members are very generous and always treats us like kings. The rooms are very well managed and neat and clean. They gave the priority to hygiene and comfort of their customers. It's always the great experience staying in here. Thank you guys, keep it up.

A no nonsense hotel situated next to the Crawford Market is a budget hotel which is clean and staff is disciplined. There is a room for every budget.
The breakfast is ordinary and there is no inhouse facility for dinner or other meals. For that you have to avail the services of the neighbouring restaurant which shares common space.
