Nice hotel in a small suburb of Madrid

I was 2 days in the hotel and had the room number 603, 46,30 € night / person with breakfast. The room is in the 6th floor, absolute silence, nice and proper, the bathroom is also in a good stage, the air condition works fine with the possibility to switch it off. The room has also a small balcony. Disadvantage of the room is that it is very dark because it has only the door of the balcony.
The hotel only offers a small and limited breakfast, the food is okay but there is room for improvement, for example there is no fresh fruit salad and no bread or muesli available. In the evenings the hotel restaurant is opening, you can sit outside on a nice terrace. Unfortunately the prices are too high in relation to the food, we paid 36 € for 10 scampi. The service is really bad, the communication in English is not possible, a menu card in English is not available. The hotel is not a partner of miles & more.
A good hotel completely spoilt by a wedding party

We were moved from their sister hotel in Pinto so that we could stay in the same place as our friends, which was a very nice touch. However, what they failed to mention was that they had a wedding reception on the night we stayed there. They gave us a room (104 if I remember correctly) on the ground floor which was directly opposite to their restaurant where the party was going on. Needless to say I could not sleep a wink, the noise was unbearable. At around 12:30 at night I went to reception and complained, they said they would close the restaurant doors, which they did, but the noise was still coming through. At 1.30 pm I phoned reception and they said they would move us to the 4th floor. So why did they not give us that room in the first place is beyond me, total lack of consideration. Although the noise could still be heard and I was rather furious I did eventually manage to fall asleep, just to be woken up again at 4.30 in the morning by people from the wedding party talking loudly and laughing in the hallway. I opened the door and told them to keep it quiet. In the morning I went to reception again, asked to speak to the manager but was told he was not available. They did apologise profusely (and the cleaning lady who saw me wandering like a lost soul in the middle of the night) and gave me free parking and offered to let me have the room for the whole day if I wanted to sleep, but I was taking my family to the Warner Park, so that was no use to me. I told reception I was going to expect news from the manager, which, almost a week later, I have not had, so, again, not impressed with the service, that is why I am rating it as poor.
On the other hand the hotel is quite good, good size rooms, clean, nice toiletries, breakfast was just ok. But before you book ask them if they have a wedding or any funtion going on or get a room in the adjacent wing!
expected more from a 3 star hotel

we stayed in this hotel so we could go to the Warner Park Madrid. we had booked 2 bed rooms of 2. when we went to the rooms at check in time to drop off the bags, one of the room's bathroom wasnt completely cleaned, some pubic hair on the toilet which was grosse :-/ also, while one of the bathrooms had all the toileteries, the other had one of each, but barely... not even hand soap! but since we had been traveling for longer time, i carried some with me....
the rooms we were assigned were not in the hotel building but in the opposite side of the street. This was ok, because there was literaly no noise... except from eachother's bathtubs... the pipes are too noisy and since we were arriving after midnight, and needed to shower, the sound passing through the walls was considerative. The beds were a bit stiff, the pillow too soft.
reasonable walking space in the 308 room, but not the 307...
there's a mini bar (great for storing your fresh water) and a safe in the room.
Buffet breakfast ok, but although it goes from 7.30 to 10.30, since 9.45.... more or less, no more food is replaced/added.
there is fruit and fruit juices, if you're not into dairies.... coffee and tea as well.
Location is good, and dont forget to print a map to see where you have to go.... we had to ask people in a cafe, but bear in mind most no-one speaks english in this little town...
On our last night we came from the park earlier to eat properly in town... ended up at the new Shopping Centre of the town, asian Buffet, which was nice.
5 mins to train station.
Very comfortable stay, very close to Madrid but very quiet and nice place.

When we booked this hotel we were looking for:
1. Location in or very close to Madrid.
2. Quiet location, giving good rest during night.
3. Good level of service (clean rooms, comfortable bathroom, etc)
4. Reasonable price (<90EUR per double room per night)
We certainly found them all here.
Nice personnel, clean and large rooms, good warm bath, good breakfast (not included in price, but worth paying), we also had a dinner at hotel restaurant for a fantastic price - 15EUR per person (a menu dinner - including starter, main course and sangria)
Traveling by car:
1. 20 min to Madrid center
2. 50 min to Toledo
3. 50 min to Campo de Criptana (Windmills that noble Don Quijote de la Mancha fought)
Hotel is situated close (but not too close) to highway, so driving was comfortable and fast.
There is also a train station somewhere nearby, although we didn't use it.
Great place to stay when visiting Madrid and La-Mancha !
A pleasant stay

We booked this hotel as an alternative to staying in Madrid itself.
Its only about 15-20 minutes south of Madrid and only cost 1.80 euros for a single ticket on the train.
A pleasant hotel (about 5 mins walk from the train station) with helpful staff , although in most cases their english was quite limited.
We had room 203, which is very close to reception/ bar area. As a result there was quite a bit of noise late into the night. The room was nothing special but certainly adequate for a night or two.
A lovely town with a fair choice of places to eat and a large park at the south end of the town.
