Location of this hotel is not at all good, as some one mentioned in the below review, to enter the hotel we have to cross the bar & restaurant. As soon we step in stinking smells. Room is very small, and the room I got is behind the gutter I think room was smelling very bad, they served 1 paratha & tea as a complementary BF to room itself. No veg.restaurant in this hotel nor near by any veg. Restuarant, I had to walk around 1.5kms to get the veg.thali(at hotel Pramila). However staffs are very co operative, since I got the room at almost 60% discounted price it's worth for the money.

Good budget hotel with all basic amenities. The rooms are very small but clean. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Good for business visit. The location is very good. Breakfast is served in room and was ok.

The entrance of the hotel is through a bar which stinks of alcohol. I had a booking here & we chose not to even step in. Not at all recommended for families.
The rates are really tempting, but obnly reaching there we realised why it is. It is available as a Value + hotel, but think twice or more times before you go there.

We stayed in this hotel as we had a late night flight and a following early morning train to Neral. Basically its a budget hotel which provides you basic things. Room was a bit smelly, maybe because of the dampness in monsoon season. The smell went away after turning on AC for like 30 mins.
It doesn't have lift, but the courteous staff will put your luggage even during late night.
Bathroom was clean and hot water was available.

we stayed there for two weeks, it was surprisingly comfortable and safe for family stay, room service for cleaning and food was excellence, staff is so helpful, i personally thnx to Mr. Anand and Mr.Upesh for proving family touch, surly stay there for next trip.
