We stayed here for a day after attending one wedding..place is near to the main shopping area, restaurants,etc.. service is good..better not to stay in 4th floor because lot of noise was coming from the above floor..I think all the laundry services are happening in 5th floor...

I would like to comment on the following area . 1.Sleep Quality : seems like the mattress are year old and almost gone . Severe body ache after you get up in the morning.
2. Air condition system : front desk guy informed me to set the temperature to 19 degrees if we need a cool atmosphere in the room.we had set it to 24 and we where sweating. I assume the AC system will be turned off during the night.
3. Buffet breakfast : you will need to ask for the menu of the day. Even though you see a variety of food. Those will be the sides. Main course will have to be ordered and have to wait till it comes.based on availability. Fruit juice is loaded with sugar
PPL with Diabetes will have to be carefull.
4. Hot water : understand this hotel takes green initiatives. However it is foolish to inform customers to wait until 60 liters of cold running water to get hot water. If you are planing for early morning checkout. You will have to waste 3 buckets of water...
5. Staff : the staff's are really soft spoken. Appreciate they wear a uniform. If not it is difficult to find out whom to approach for queries.

Travelled with my family , we had a great stay. Place was very neat and well maintained. Any visit to Coimbatore will always stay here.
Only suggestion is the breakfast buffet should be maintained warm.

The place is clean and good. We got a good deal as well. Breakfast was simple and good. Service was good. Would surely recommend. The only odd bit is that even though it is in city center, it is a little by lane.

When it comes to Royal Castle Inn, it's the quality, the cleanliness, the ambience, the quality of food, the quantity of food, the friendliness of staffs, the supplies in rooms, variety of concepts applied starting from no plastic to go green, 24hrs restaurant, the list goes on. This property doesnot need any ranking. A person who stays here once will become a part of it. Quality place to stay for quality people.
