Photos on the website have no relation to the actual hotel. The staff were pretty less there was no water in bathroorm and electricity. Water is chargeable, whatever is mention on the menu card is never there...no toothpaste and sanitary supply...2 thinnest aloo paranthas is in breakfast with a cup of tea..and if u ask again its very much chargeable....if you want to order dinner make ur order between 8 to 9 else you have to sleep without food...

A good hotel but poorly maintained, Average staff, and good breakfast.
-We were searching a budget hotel and ended up here only because we got upgraded to its deluxe room, all the other rooms are Terrible with dull walls and poor lightning.
(we only wanted to spent the night and leave next morning after breakfast.)
-Breakfast was good but only problem was you get food per person per plates, not enough if you plan to have a good breakfast and real situation is u won't get extra EVEN if you pay for it.
-Would not recommend it to Families or tourist unless u are really tight on budget

i m stay with my family in Hotel Samrat, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh.very bad room to much prize according to room,room was very dirty,bedsit not cline,toilet very bad flash and shower not working. i have very bad experience in allahabad.i never suggest any one to go allahabad.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days on 09.04.2012 to 10.04.2012, nothing good to say about this hotel. Room service is awesome. No intercom facility was there. I was provided a room (Room No. 302), the TV remote was non-working, ac non-working, exhaust fan provided in the toilet had no connection. Front office staff was not helpful. Even room service staffs are just really uniformed beggars, in case you forgot to lock the room they were sneaking in on one pretext or the other. I will not recommend this place for any body. They did not provide me a copy of the bill stating their computer is out of order. Just imagine. My advice to tripadvisor not to adavise such hotels to unsuspecting customers.

Nothing good to say about this "hotel" - I would be embarrassed to be the owner of this run down property.do yourself a favor and don't stay here. The staff were really just better dressed beggars. Always asked for a tip for the very poor service they provided. Or didn't provide.
The room was horrid. Even for a more budget option. In the bathroom the toilet seat was half off, a durry in the loo, and the flusher didn't work. At all. Water was constantly leaking from the pipes in the sink, so floor was always wet. Shower was disgusting.
The blankets were so dirty, you felt dirty having them near you. The building needs to be knocked down.
