The only advantage of the hotel is it is at a walkable distance (5 min) from bus station. The room is not prepared and we were given checkin, we had to get the room cleaned. You hardly get hot water. Sometimes you may end up not having water as well. The ceiling fan regulator was not working. I feel that there are many other choices in and around this hotel. Stay here only if you are not left with any other option

STAY IF YOU HAVE NO CHOICE
We checked in around 8 PM. Actually took 3 AC rooms for 3 couples. The room given to me was clean, AC cooling not felt at all. The taps were leaky and water stagnation was there, they tried twice disturbing our sleep but could do nothing.Parking was also not available.
Location is good walkable from bus stand next to SRINIVASAM right on main Road. No restaurants close by but in about 500 meters lot of restaurants are there. The hotel restaurant is deserted and only the front office staff manages orders in restaurant ( No idea whether they have a chef or the front office people cook). what we order we don’t get, what they give we have to take ( may be the absence of expert at cooking )
Staff are polite and helpful but small little things here and there needs fine tuning. With such status repeat customers are doubtful.

We had stayed in the hotel during our trip to tirumala tirupati. Hotel staff were good and friendly. Neat rooms with a/c and hot water facility. Good ambience. Room Service was quick. We can order food from the front desk and they get the order at the door.

Hotel is located on main road near to bus stand and easily reachable.Rooms are neat and good.restaurant attached and is ok.Tariff is reasonable.Good for family stay.Many eateries are in walkable distance

Had gone for 1 day visit to Tirupati with family. I enquired over phone about the availability and the staff who answered was very courteous and polite.
1) At walkable distance from Tirupathi bus stand, next to Srinivasam Complex.
2) The room was decent and the bathroom was clean.
3) All staffs were very well mannered. They even allowed early check-in.
4) Breakfast is very limited but it was very nice and tasty.
5) They even provided taxi for Tirupati-Tirumala and driver was very nice he took us to all temples and even guided us to have good darshana.
Overall nice stay.
