Very bad hotel in ma cariour
Very bad services, especially from the front office staff (weare spects) he dont know how to treat a Customer.. And he teach me how to live 😡
Am dont ever book this hotel
And am not reffer this hotel.

The hotel location is very good.we choose the Ac room and it was not up to the mark,the cooling of the AC very pathetic.The hospitality of the hotel need to improve a lot.Maybe lack of professional employees,especially in the reception.

We stayed for a night at this hotel.Located in city centre .Rooms are large and spacious ,good air conditioning and friendly room services .
Buffet breakfast was tasty and had a variety of veg/non veg items .

I booked this hotel for a day time stay for getting freshen up and getting relaxed. The hotel is located just opposite to the sub jail entrance and easily accessible. If you take an auto from railway station it will cost you max Rs 30. The reception staff was also very polite and customer friendly. The non Ac room was quite good and decent for a day or two days stay. They have an attached restaurant also but I haven't into the same so dont know about the food quality. Anyway its a decent budget stay in Calicut city.

We lived in non-ac rooms. AC rooms were all taken.
The FANs were too old and noisy. And air flow was poor.
Rooms were clean but somewhat smelly. Nothing for mosquito protection was provided.
TV was not connected to STB. You have demand it..
Water, Soap, Towels everything should be demanded.
NO VALUE FOR MONEY...
