located at a distance of 2 kms fr4om Palampur Bus stand on Nagri- Chamunda Road. decent service and well maintained rooms.... tariff is also fair starting from around 2500 per night... easily accessible by road...

Have stayed there for two days.. Hotel has a pretty good scenic view from all rooms.. Room service and food is too good... It was nice staying there... Will recommend everyone... Hotel is well connected with nearby places...

Though I had visited Palampur a number of times as a tourist and stayed in hotels close to nature, during my recent visit I booked this hotel through a travel agent and found that the property is below the mark.
Sleep quality is poor due to highway passing from across the hotel resulting in disturbance at night due to movement of heavy traffic.
Wash rooms are stinky and needs lot of cleanliness.

I stayed at the hotel recently on a trip to visit temples. The hotel has an excellent view of the mountain range. The staff is warm and helpful. The food at the restaurant was modified and served as per my requirements. The hotel has a power back and clean towels. The hot water was never a problem.
The staff guided properly and was keen to help. The service prompt. The internet worked in the lobby and ground floor but not on other floors. They could never rectify in three days as to what was wrong.
Ample and secure parking space is a big plus.

A excellent Budget hotel with ample parking on Dharamshala Road - with magnificient view of Dhauladhars along with valley too, from balconies facing North as well as South. It appears as a business hotel.
