It good to stay all alone away away from vehicular traffic, good resort well maintained and next to the bus stop.overall maintain with good amenities.you have to book the room on line only otherwise it is costlier affair.

Had been there for 1 night with my family. Well maintained property with lush greenery. Restaurant is also decent. One thing we have noticed that the visitors do not obey the swimming pool etiquette and management is also not bothered about that. Most of the activities as mentioned (angling, canoeing, water scooter etc) are not available. For a day or 2 the stay is good.

Rooms near pool are spacious fr family of 2+2. Pool is good with kids enclosure. Restaurant service was AVG, may b bcaz of less staff nd customer. Room service is also AVG. House boat ride is good bt slightly overpriced. Front desk staff was polite. Good park fr kids. Overall nice family place.

This is spacious nice property with the following benefits-
- Rooms are very spacious. You will hardly find such spacious ones.
- Rooms are facing backwater/lake. Its a very nice view
- Ample parking
- Decent restaurant and breakfast availability
- Has large and well maintained swimming pool
Cons-
- If you are visiting Kannur for beaches, this is not the place. You better stay near the Pyambalam beach or driving beach
- Its bit secluded and on a bypass. Hence not many restaurants nearby.
Overall I would recommend this property for peace-ful stay @ Kannur.

It was really a great experience with this resort. The most attracted thing from this resort was its Swimming pool. Also it will get variety of foods but little bit expensive when compared to other resorts.But it was awesome with great taste.
