The room was NOT in GOOD CONDITION.
The bedsheets were smelly. We asked the hotel person to change it.
There were mosquitoes in the room. The fan was working but it was not sufficient to cool the room.
The food served was better.
Bathroom facility was OK.
I recommend to visit some other hotel if you are visiting Varkala.

From Beginning of Nov 2016 to the end of Jan 2017 I had a bungalow room in Kshetra. I liked the management staff because they served me very well. Daily I liked to swim in the 30 deg Celsius warm ocean. The Ayurvedic treatment in Dr. Abin's clinic nearby extraordinarily helped me. Friedrich Naehring, 71 years old.

I had been to this resort in the month of March. Varkala is an awesome place just perfect for relaxation. The stay at kshetra made it more pleasant. The room was pretty good and neat with a spacious bathroom attached. The resort is very close to the cliff. The staffs Ajin and Abhilash were very helpful, specially Ajin is a strongly responsible person. They guided us thoroughly. I would always love to visit again.

It was amazingly above my expectations. That occasion was a vacation with my family . We all experienced a nice stay ...feel at home . hospitality of the staffs, quality of service, tasty and variety of food, all are soooooo nice. keep it up..thank u dear team Kshetra ..

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast was brilliant and the staff catered for our needs. A small walk to the cliff top. I would stay here again.
