Very good and decent property in budget hotel category.
Situated in central place in Mysore. All the visiting places are nearby. Good property for middle class families and specially for the riders.
You will enjoy the stay.

Pros:
Centrally located. Budget hotel. Very near from the station.
Several food options available in near by places.
Cons:
It is not well maintained though. Lacks cleanliness. Bathroom towards common passage.

Rooms are satisfactory and the toilet/bathrooms too. The small garden in front of the room is a good place to sit in the mornings/evenings. Railway station, bus stop, auto services is within walking distance. Karnataka Tourism office is in the same compound. Restaurant staff are good but some need to be more polite.

Each and every room is smelly. I stayed 2 night and it was worst experience of my life. Full with mosquito. Very bad service. it's a good example of our Govt Service. Food was very worst. Toilets are not cleaned.

We planned our holiday and need to start before 5.30 am. So requested the manager to provide Hot water as early as possible. He does not have any courtesy to understand what we are saying instead he showed his rule book which says hot water available from 6.00 am to 9 am to their schedules.
The Food available in Mayuri Morya was bad does not worth for money paid.
Rooms were not maintained well and were stinking, Requested many times to clean.
Had to do a lot of follow-up to get basic requirements like soap and towels.
Ther will be no manager after 10 PM, so If you have to check-in after that think twice.
