The hotel is located at a decent place and is very well maintained with all modern amenities. You can get everything done without any delay. The support staff is very helpful and ready to make sure you are comfortable

As the name says, it's on the bank of River Cauvery, secluded from hustle-bustle city life. It provides an excellent view of River Cauvery. Rooms are clean with good views. It has open as well as covered restaurant - but very noisy during the day as well as in the night. There were 3-4 bus full people (day trip from Bangalore) came pretty late in the evening for food and the noise level was very high. Food was ok, but service was poor. Overall, good for a short trip.

I had stayed here with family in Dec 2016 while on a three day drive through Mandya and Chikmagalur districts. The staff were courteous and helpful and flexible enough to accommodate us in a different room, once we reached there. Food was good without being outstanding. I felt the general upkeep and bathroom cleanliness could be slightly improved.

Hotel Mayura Riverview is one of the best locations a resort can be in. Our rooms were hardly 20m from the rich and beautiful Cauvery river. The view from the room was very serene and scenic. Anyone travelling around Mysore - please do visit this place - overnight stay is excellent. Atleast drop by the restaurant for a tea and you will cherish to moments. They also have Theppam ride - Rs.100 per person for 10-15 minutes ride in Cauvery.

I was planning for a short trip and as my friend suggested I tried this place. It was a family outing with my 1.5 year old son. The place is very green with lots of birds, ducks inside the resort a river to complete the serene picture. The balcony opens to the river view which is very relaxing to sit and simply watch. We just loved it. Overall a good experience. The staff and service is also decent.
There is nothing to complain about, but some that could improve:
1. Room could be a little more neat for the price that is being charged. We opted for AC cottage but felt it could have been a little more comfortable.
2. Quality of food is just average.
