I stayed at this hotel last year in Oct with my family. Staff was very welcoming and warm. I like the decor of the hotel with Sai's idol in the foyer. Rooms were spacious and clean. I loved the bed, it was very comfy. Rooms come with a mini refrigerator which is a plus. They have warm and cold water facility. Food was also nice. I would definitely go back.

Unfortunately hotel OM Sai International is no more a property which you can call as a star hotel. No maintenance,room wall infested with termite, no front office, no room service or in house resturant ( resturant is not operational only tea, coffee they can arrange) and the hotel is charging Rs 2800 for AC room. Please avoid at any circumstance

We traveled in a group of 19 people to Shirdi in Dec 2015. Initially upon checking in, we found the rooms' sanitary aspects were not up to mark. But, with the very helpful staff under the management guidance of Mr Moorthi, he has helped to cleaned up our rooms, the toilets, and fixed all the inadequacy within 24hours. We had a wonderful 3 nights at Shirdi.

Positive Aspects :
Hotel interior was good. It was neat & clean. House keeping was good.
Area for Improvement :
Service level was not up to the mark. Restaurant was only functional for break fast. Lunch & dinner were not available at all.

we stayed on triple occupancy basis. the room size is ok for 3, however bathroom is really mess - very samll and cluttered. service is ok, i guess by piligrim centre. its quite a distance from shrine and can leave you tired specially after standing in que for long time at temple. breakfast is minimal but sumptuous.
