A Good place to stay, local food is good, comfortable rooms, but small. Too much in the city. Still under renovation. Not all rooms are functional. But staff was good. will give Three and a Half Stars for this.

Had an opportunity to stay in this hotel, hotel is nice, clean but rooms are very small. Ventilation is another problem in rooms. Food quality and taste was good, Staff service was fantastic. Overall, its kind of OK for short stay.

Good hotel , good location. Good infrastructure. Nice service .. uninterrupted wifi, delicious complementary breakfast, spacious parking area ... best hotel with all amenities... loved the coffee especially .. I recommend this hotel for stay at Madurai...

Good service, good staffing !!! Pleasant stay ... clean environment.... recommended for stay at madurai.. i found this hotel on trip adviser... This hotel is located in city . Easy navigation to other parts of madurai ..
Reasonable wifi speed, hot water , yummy snack, delicious complimentary breakfast .
Value for money... had complete satisfaction.. on the whole good management!!

Infrastructure is good zero bad very badly managed, only one room boy servicing all the floors. Bathrooms were not clean. Rooms were OK. Size of standard room is very small, not enough space to add a extra bed. Staff don't understand Hindi and English properly.
We had to leave hotel reality morning at 5.30 so have asked for tea, they were not even able to provide tea.
