Been here in October 2017 for 2 nights.
Courteous staff
Good food. Ensure you share the menu in advance.
Very accommodating people.
You will not find anyone in uniform. Difficult to understand between the staff and the guest.
Friendly atmosphere.
Location- cannot get big chassis bus inside. One has to park in calangute parking or else near the dolphin circle. This is the biggest draw back.
Food - flexible on menu
Rooms. - decent size room with very basic amenities. Bathroom is very basic. Fittings are shaking a lot. No good water pressure.
Swimming pool - available on the roof top. With a good view of the horizon. No restriction on swimming costume.
Housekeeping- need improvement. Loads of cockroaches in common areas.

Its Good Hotel to stay for budget traveler's.u can bargain a lot.its a walking distance away from busy calangute beach.it has its own restaurant.service is average.cleanliness is compromised.pool area is dirty.

1. Basic facilities like TV connection, water, electric supply unstable
2. Manager Mr. Manoj Oberoi, very discourteous
3. Buckets broken
4. Leaking water taps and shower
5. Gym non operational
6. Newspaper not available, even at reception
7. Under staffed, even at peak tourist time
Location is the only plus point
Absolutely no maintenance, don't dare to stay!!

hotel is very nice near to both of beach baga and calangute staff is very cooperative food is very fantastic and room quality is very nice hotel very good play zone area hotel manger talking very nicely

Hotel is near Baga beach. No breakfast.
Pool at the top.Pool was not clean.Small bathrooms.NO cleanliness.Not cooperative.Very rude behaviour of staff.The hotel has a small parking.
Not recommended for stay.
