A luxury retreat with natural splendour

If you want to hear the chirp of birds, watch the sun rise and the sky change colours with each hour, then this is the place for you. With 15 tents, each being as large as a studio apartment, this can be heaven for all those looking to break away from the city routine. The food is amazing and the staff very helpful and hospitable. There are no TVs in the room, lots of time to explore the little town of Pushkar and enjoy the sunshine and the greens around you. The place is full of amla trees and peacocks dance day and night.
The resort organises cultural evenings, there is a barbecue, and good vegetarian food. You can take a camel cart ride to the dunes or simply walk around the main market. Best to walk around and breathe in fresh air and enjoy the blue skies here.
The rooted Luxury.

Orchard tents actually make you experience the original ethos of luxury hospitality of yester years. It makes you reconnect with Indian roots and for sure with the nature that living in urban cities we almost have lost. The food and service has a very personal touch. And the tents are spacious and comfortable. Over all you will come back to only planning to visit again.
The Place to Stay During the Pushkar Camel Fair

The Pushkar Camel Fair, held in late October to early November, is truly a sight to behold. The Orchard Tents are spacious permanent tents with a sitting area, sleeping area, and a bathroom. They are very close to the fairgrounds, which is great for visiting the fair and the city of Pushkar, but the nighttime fair festivities were very loud (hence the earplugs provided in the rooms). The staff was outstanding and bent over backwards to be helpful and arrange camel rides. The food was delicious and all vegetarian. It was a wonderful experience.
Friendly, welcoming glamping

These tents are very luxurious and the service is quaintly brilliant. We loved the sights and sounds of this place, with its huge and private tents, with lovely pieces of mirror sewn into the drapes around the tent, glimmering in the candlelight. We sat on the verandah to enjoy the teas and coffees they would bring to us as well as the champagne we'd taken for ourselves (no alcohol sold here) which we enjoyed by moonlight. You can hear the sounds of the city, but somehow this did not remove the sense of being close to the desert and land of the region. We had a terrific dinner in the restaurant, with way too much food - they did tell us we were over-ordering!
We loved it!
Interesting place

Very warm welcome by staff upon arrival.
Good food in the dining tent but remember in Pushkar it’s all vegetarian.
Rooms are spacious and well appointed. You hardly know you are in a tent.
I love the little bell you ring when you need something.
Great experience.
The only way to go to the Camel Festival.
