Palakkad Heritage hotel, nice name and nice facilities, good customer care services and good and tasty food , we all like the food and service from the Heritage hotel, best in this area like this hotel, classy and in a beautiful place

Very good and very nice option to start with the family in the weekend. All the children and adults will definitely love the opportunity. Very clean and very tasty items we can find here and enjoy the difference. So everyone can make a visit to the point with your family.

Had booked the hotel after checking it's ranking on Tripadvisor. It was one of those cases where Tripadvisor got it all wrong! We were a family of four doing an extended Kerala trip. The hotel is difficult to locate and the rooms are very cramped and dark. It has just 5-6 rooms, of which, to our great distress, we found on arrival, had been given over to 9-10 loud men who had just rented it for a binge of heavy drinking! There were just 2 hotel staff and they themselves looked nervous about the situation, So, we immediately checked out within an hour of checking in after paying for one night (which was fine.)
The hotel did not give us a sense of security, warmth or space. We stayed too briefly to comment on the service.

Situated on the Koduvayur-Palakkad road, amidst beautiful residential houses and green trees and plants, Palakkad Heritage Hotel is a wonderful choice to the traveller to spend leisure time away from the busy life of today.
We reached here on the Uthradam Day, 13th September, 2016. While we were welcomed by the polite staff with a glass of mint juice, it started to rain profusely, cooling the scenic atmosphere. The sit out area furnished with antique furniture and wooden elephants made our minds sprint to the ancient past.
The room, quite spacious, was very neat and clean and presented a traditional look with the ceiling made of black wood presumably, rosewood. The toilet was neat and clean.
We walked around. The corridor led us to a wooden stair to the first floor. A swimming pool with walls ornamented with beautiful artwork gave us a cooling effect. The walls around were adorned with ancient paintings, very sensual in nature. There is a conference hall which also had beautiful paintings on the walls.
While we walked outside, the greenery around gave a visual treat to our eyes with the cool breeze caressing our bodies. The quietness of the area added spice to the ambience.
The restaurant was neatly arranged. The food served had a homely touch with local delicacies. It was very fresh and hot.
The next day was Thiruvonam day and we enjoyed a very sumptuous lunch with traditional dishes full of taste befitting to the festive occasion. There was incessant rain during the night adding to the charm of the place.
To sum up, the Palakkad heritage Hotel is a place of nostalgic elegance, a traditional abode of ancient history. The price is worth paying.
We bade farewell to the tranquil and blissful place, making sure to return on another occasion. It was a wonderful experience!!!...Thanks...
